Very well structured report.
If we may add for the EEDI, this index is DESIGN index NOT related to ship in operation, where enrgy efficiency operational indicator is applying. This should be made clear to all IMO members, including US and some north EU states (and ports associations), who use EEDI (design index) to define MBI (CO2 produced during OPERATION), which is by principle wrong.

IMO KNOWS BUT ANYWAY IT WILL BE USED AS AN INDEX TO RATE EFFICIENCY OF SHIPS. RIGHTSHIP IS DOING IT (NOT OPENLY YET). THAT IS WHY IT'S IMPORTANT THAT THE INDEX IS CORRECT (WHICH AT PRESENT IT'S NOT - JUST FAVORING LIGHT UNDERPOWERED SHIPS I.E. JAPANESE DESIGNS)
