The event will be co-organized with the IMO’s Goodwill Ambassador in Greece & President of the Eugenides Foundation, Dr. Leonidas Dimitriadis Eugenides, on the occasion of the IMO World Maritime Day. The event aims to further enhance a tripartite dialogue between the three major maritime and shipping nations of Europe: Greece, Norway, and the UK.

The conference titled “MARPOL at 50 – Our commitment goes on”, will take place in collaboration with the British Embassy in Athens and the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Athens, and will be under the auspices of the Hellenic Chamber of Shipping, MARTECMA and WISTA Hellas.
