As per Martecma Articles of Association:
• Full Members are entitled to be technical managers or top executives with technical background, working in a ship management company.
• Every ship management company is entitled three separate individuals, all of them subject to the registration and payment process, one of them with voting rights.
• Associate members are entitled to be any company or individual who may assist the Association meet its objectives.
